Safe Haven – The Nuts and Bolts of Providing Space and Support to the Vulnerable
Guest panelists include clergy and non-profit leaders with experience in congregational, financial, and legal aspects of hospitality and support (including Rev. Robin Hynicka - Arch Street United Methodist, Peter Pedemonti - New Sanctuary Movement, Rev. Amy Yoder-McGloughlin - Germantown Mennonite Church, Rev. Jarrett Kerbel - St. Martins of the Field). Guests will provide information and experience and there will be sufficient time for questions and answers. There will be time for networking for those interested in partnering (two small congregations co-hosting one refugee/family, for instance) and resource-sharing.
